Tail Lift Maintenance
Tail Lift Servicing
All tail lift servicing can be carried out on-site for your convenience and should be conducted at a maximum interval of 6 months. Further information regarding tail lift servicing along with your legal obligations as a tail lift operator can be found in the HSE approved Tail Lift Guide. A free copy of the guide can be downloaded from the link below.
We offer servicing on both commercial and passenger lifts so whether you are a large fleet operator or private individual, we can take care of your needs.

All servicing is carried out by manufacturer trained and certified engineers with a wealth of tail lift experience.
As a dedicated tail lift specialist our aim is to provide a consistent, high quality, product specific service that can actually save you money.
Regular servicing ensures that your tail lift is kept in good working order and the product reliability maintained. It also ensures that potential costly repair bills are kept to a minimum.
We operate a fixed cost system for all servicing requirements that allows for easy vehicle maintenance budgeting
Tail Lift Weight Testing
We operate a fleet of mobile tail lift weight testing units throughout Yorkshire & Lincolnshire that can carry out on-site weight testing on all tail lifts with a safe working load of upto 1500kg. For tail lifts with a safe working load of over 1500kg we have full test facilities at our workshops in Hull.
For complete peace of mind a 25% static overload test is conducted during all of our weight tests.
All tail lifts must be weight tested annually and operators should be able to provide a current weight test certificate to the relevant authorities if required.
